Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms apply to every order you place with us through Your website. Please read them before you order. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights that consumer law gives you.

1. Who we are

We are Your business name, of Business address.
Email: Customer service email

2. Orders and when the contract is made

  1. You choose the goods, enter your details, and can check your order and correct any mistakes before you place it.
  2. Your order is an offer to buy. We send you an email to say that we have received it; this does not yet mean that we have accepted it.
  3. The contract between us is made when we email you to confirm that we have accepted your order or that the goods are on their way, whichever comes first.
  4. If we cannot accept your order, for example because the goods are out of stock, we will tell you and refund any payment promptly.

3. Prices and payment

The price of the goods is the price shown on our website when you place your order. Tax in your prices Delivery costs are shown before you pay.

If a price on our website is obviously wrong, we will tell you before we accept your order, and you can either confirm it at the correct price or cancel it.

We accept Ways to pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery

We deliver to Where you deliver. Our usual delivery times and costs are:

Usual delivery times and costs

Delivery times are estimates, and we will tell you promptly if your order is delayed. If we do not deliver within 30 days after the contract is made, or by any delivery date we agreed with you, you can give us a short extra time to deliver. If we still do not deliver, you may cancel the order and we will refund everything you paid. If the delivery date was essential, you may cancel straight away.

The goods are your responsibility from the moment you, or someone you name, receive them. They become yours on delivery, once we have received full payment.

5. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order for any reason within Days customers have to cancel days after the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. For an order delivered in several parts, this period runs from the day you receive the last part.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the period ends, for example by email to Customer service email. You may use the cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.

Then send the goods back to us at Business address, within 14 days after telling us. Who pays to send back a cancelled order

We will refund the price and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days after you tell us that you are cancelling, using the method you paid with. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof of sending them, whichever is earlier. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the cost of standard delivery. We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has gone down because you handled them more than you would need to check them, as you might in a shop.

Where the law allows, the right to cancel does not apply to:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
  • goods that can go off or expire quickly;
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery;
  • sealed audio, video or software, once unsealed after delivery; and
  • digital content you have started to download or stream after agreeing that you would lose the right to cancel.

6. Faulty goods

We must supply goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for their purpose. If any goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, you have the rights that consumer law gives you, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Please tell us as soon as you can, ideally with photos, at Customer service email. We pay the reasonable cost of returning faulty goods. These rights apply in addition to your right to cancel, and the cancellation period does not limit them.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, as long as we tell you promptly and do what we reasonably can to limit them.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer. If you buy as a business, our total liability for an order is limited to the price of that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or revenue.

8. Complaints

If you have a problem or a complaint, please contact us at Customer service email. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to settle it as quickly as we can.

9. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of Country or state whose law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the rules of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by contract, and you may bring a claim in the courts there or in Country or state whose law applies.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
