This website sets no cookies of its own. It stores two items in your browser's localStorage, and one more in its sessionStorage if you use the Ask nerix assistant, on your device only. They are not cookies, and they are never sent to us or to anyone else. When you are signed in to the product, the website also reads the product's signed-in hint (below) to show "Open the app" instead of "Sign in".

Your language is part of the address (pages in other languages live under their own path, like /nl or /ar), so no language cookie is needed.
02Optional categories
Three optional categories exist in the cookie settings: preferences, analytics and marketing. Only analytics is in use, and it keeps something in your browser only after you say yes. Without a yes, our visitor counter still counts the visit but stores nothing on your device (the privacy policy explains how). Preferences and marketing are not in use: nothing in them is stored, loaded or sent.

It records the page, the site that sent you, your browser and device type and your country, never your address, and is used only for statistics, never for advertising or profiling.

The app also keeps a few things in your browser's storage, on your device only: drafts you have not sent yet, the size of its panels and which menus are open, the model and microphone you chose last, and, in the phone app, your sign-in.
No analytics or marketing cookies exist today. If that ever changes, this page and the consent banner change first, and nothing optional is set before you agree.
04Change or withdraw your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: every page has "Cookie settings" in the footer, which reopens the same panel you saw on your first visit. Refusing is as easy as accepting. You can also remove these items by clearing this site's data in your browser.
