PDFs, spreadsheets, presentations, scans, code — each with its own visual identity. Clients, staff and suppliers each get a folder tree automatically, and one file filed in several places stays one file.
Summaries and topics, per document
Each indexed document gets an AI summary and a topic list, so you can tell what a 34-page agreement holds without opening it.
You can see what the AI has read
Every document carries its index status. Ready means it can be quoted with a page number; still indexing means keyword search only, for now. The product tells you which is which instead of letting you assume.
Two searches, shown separately
Keyword search finds literal words — including in files not yet indexed. AI search finds meaning over indexed passages. They stay side by side so you can see what each found, and trust both.
From hit to cited answer
A search hit, a cited answer in chat, and the document open at the cited page are the same promise at three depths: nothing is ever more than one click from its source.
