02Hosting and infrastructure
Hosting is in the European Union, on servers in Germany. Documents, embeddings and logs are stored and processed in the data region your organisation selects, and today the only region is the European Union.

03Choosing who processes your data
Your organisation chooses which AI providers are allowed and can restrict the choice to providers hosted in its data region. Each provider's cautions are printed in the product, in the picker. Where a provider processes data outside your region, the transfer is covered by the safeguards described in the privacy policy.
04No training
No sub-processor may use your documents, conversations or Sheets to train a model.
05Changes and questions
When we add or replace a sub-processor, we update this page and notify organisation owners in the product. Questions and requests from security teams and data protection officers go to info@nerix.ai, and a person answers them.
