Product, Quality records, Business workspaces
The records a company keeps to show it follows its rules.
Goals and key figures, risks, incidents, equipment, the year plan and registers such as suppliers, in one place. Say which standards you follow and nerix sets up the records they ask for. You can also bring in what you already keep in files.
The free plan is one seat and 3,000 credits a month, never charged.

01Goals and key figures
Say what you aim for, then measure it with a number.
Add a goal for this year, several years, the company or a team, and put goals under goals. Add key figures that measure them: what you measure, how often you look, which way is better and the target. Start from sets for customers, quality work, people and safety, money and sales, or environment and operations, or import a sheet of your figures.
Add a value for each period and see a chart with a plain reading, and whether you are on target, close or off target. A figure that keeps missing offers an action to open. A figure drawn from your records can update itself and shows the records behind it.
What nerix does here
- Write the plain reading of a figure from its numbers. It does not invent values or targets.
- A key figure is a number about the work, never a score of a person.
- GoalsWorking on it, reached or dropped, with how far along.
- Key figuresTyped in, taken from your records, or read from a sheet.
- Starter setsReady figures to begin with.
02Risks
A risk register you can read as a list or a heat map.
Add a risk: what could go wrong, what leads to it, who looks after it and when to look at it again. The kind of risk decides how it is rated, with a grid, Fine and Kinney, FMEA or CIA. Rate it now and again with the controls in place. List what you do about it as planned, in place or dropped.
Filter by kind, level, owner, review date or status. Each risk shows the incidents and actions linked to it. Describe an area such as your kitchen and nerix suggests risks as drafts, which you accept or discard one by one.
What nerix does here
- Suggest risks as drafts. It never names a person in a risk and never sets a rating silently.
- ListWith level, owner and next review.
- Heat mapBefore and after what you do about it.
- I looked at it againRecords a review.
03Incidents and equipment
Report on the spot, find the cause and keep the equipment checked.
Anyone can report something from a phone. Take a photo or video, say what happened in a few words, and choose the kind and how serious. A manager sees all reports and their status, from reported to closed. Each report can hold the cause, with five whys or a fishbone, the costs and any insurance claim, injury details and follow-up tasks. Injury details open only for people with the permission for them.
For equipment, add each item with its code, place and warranty, plan inspection, maintenance or calibration checks that repeat, and log a result as passed, adjusted or failed. Scan an item's label with the camera to find it. Lend an item and see when it is due back. Late checks show as late.
What nerix does here
- Describe an incident from a photo as a draft you can keep or replace.
- It never assigns blame or decides how serious a report is without a person confirming, and it never sends a report to an authority.
- Report somethingPhoto, a few words, kind, how serious, when and where.
- Root causeFive whys, fishbone or free text, agreed by a person.
- Did it work?Check again on a date: it worked, partly, or not.
- EquipmentChecks due soon, lending and disposal.
04Year plan, lists and your standards
Set up from the standards you follow, and bring in what you already have.
Choose the standards you follow, such as ISO 9001. nerix shows a preview of what it would switch on and set up, such as lists, kinds of risk, figures, check programmes and year plan items, and you untick anything you do not want. It only adds, and removing a standard deletes nothing. Following a standard is not a claim of being certified.
The year plan shows what is due by quarter and month, and marks an item done when you add the proof, or when a record such as a finished check shows it. A late item opens one task. Lists hold suppliers, subcontractors, a legal list, drills, and checks such as opening and closing or temperature logs. Drop in Excel, Word, PDF files or photos, review what nerix found and add only what you accept. One tap takes the whole batch back.
What nerix does here
- Draft a new kind of list from a sentence, for you to check.
- The plan comes from data and dates, never invented. It does not mark things done for you.
- CertificationsPick the standards and see what they turn on before you apply it.
- Year planQuarters, months and a timeline, with progress this year.
- ListsReady types or one you describe, with a next check date.
- Bring your records inReview what was found, then add. Take it all back if needed.
05Questions
Questions
Does using this make us certified?
No. It keeps the records a standard asks for. Certification comes from the body that audits you.
Does the AI decide who is to blame in an incident?
No. It never assigns blame or fault. It suggests whys as drafts and a person agrees the root cause.
Can I bring in my existing registers?
Yes. Drop in files or photos and review what was found before anything is added. You can undo the whole batch.
Is it separate from Checks and Feedback?
These are the records. Checks help you prepare for audits and find gaps. They work together and the year plan links to both.
Who sees injury details?
Only people with the permission for them. Everyone else sees nothing from that block.
