Choose the two languages and put the phone between you. nerix hears both, writes what each person said and says it out loud in the other language. You can also talk to nerix with your voice in the chat. Early access.

01Interpreter
Two people, two languages, nothing to install.
Pick what you speak and what they speak, from a searchable list of languages, and press Start. Say something in either language: the translation appears on screen as You and Them and is spoken in the other language. Swap the languages with one button.
Choose a voice for each language and its speed, turn the voice off to read only, or turn the loudspeaker on. Mute the microphone when you need to. Nothing is saved when you end the conversation, and talking uses your workspace credits by the minute.
02Talk with your voice
Talk to nerix, and hear the answer.
In the chat, choose Talk with your voice and ask your question out loud. nerix listens, thinks, and answers in a voice. Start talking at any time to interrupt it, and press Stop talking to quiet it.
If the voice is not available, the answer is shown on screen. Talking uses your workspace credits.

Which languages can I use?
A long searchable list is offered in the app. You choose a voice for each of the two languages.
Is the conversation saved?
No. The Interpreter says that nothing is saved when you end the conversation.
What does it cost?
Talking uses your workspace credits, by the minute. The free plan includes credits every month, never charged.
Do I need an app or special hardware?
No. It runs in the browser and needs a microphone. Put the phone between the two of you.
Can I use it for a meeting with many people?
It is made for two people and two languages. Meetings have their own transcripts and minutes on the Meetings page.
