Product, Booking pages, Business workspaces
Let people book a time with you, without the emails back and forth.
Make a booking page with a link. People outside your company pick a free time in their own time zone and answer your questions. The booking is a normal meeting in your calendar with its own video link.
The free plan is one seat and 3,000 credits a month, never charged.
Booking
- Your linkOne link per page, and one link for all of a person's pages.
- Free timesFrom your working hours, minus your calendar.
- Team pagesTake turns between free members, or need everyone.
- ConfirmationEmails, reminders and a link to cancel or change.
01The page
Set the meeting, who takes it and when people may book.
A page has a name, a link ending, a colour, one to four lengths and a place. The place can be a video room, a phone call, in person at an address, or a link. The editor groups the settings in plain order, with a live preview of the public page beside it.
Choose the shortest notice, how far ahead people can book, the most bookings a day, the gap between start times and time before and after each meeting. Ask your own questions. Name and email are always asked. You can also approve each booking yourself.

02Free times
Only the times you are really free, and nobody sees your calendar.
Free times come from your working hours, or from other weekly hours where some days differ, with a holiday closed. Everything already in your calendar is taken out. People see only the open times, never what is in your calendar.
A team page either takes turns between the members who are free, or needs everyone to be free. Times show in the guest's own time zone, which they can change.
- Working hoursOr other weekly hours, and days that differ.
- Your calendarAnything in it removes that time.
- Team pagesTake turns, or everyone must be free.
03After someone books
A confirmation, reminders, and a normal meeting in your calendar.
The guest gets a confirmation and can add it to their calendar. Reminders go out a day and an hour before. The email has a link to cancel or pick another time, and you choose until how long before the start they can. You can send people to a page of your own after they book.
A booking shows in your calendar with a small booked mark, and the guest has their own video link. If you approve each booking, requests show as Waiting for your answer, with Accept and Decline in the list, the calendar card and the meeting.
- ConfirmationEmail, add to calendar, and a thank you page of your own.
- RemindersA day and an hour before.
- Cancel or changeFrom a link in the guest's email.
- ApprovalsAccept or decline each request.
