How does usage work?

Every plan includes a monthly allowance for AI work. The app shows what a job costs before it runs, and your allowance starts again each month.

What happens when I reach my limit?

AI work stops until the next month, so you are never charged by surprise. If you want to keep going, an owner can add more usage in the app.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Paying yearly is 18% off twelve monthly payments. You can also pay month by month, with no yearly commitment.

How do team plans work?

Team is priced per person, from 3 people, and everyone shares one allowance. A bigger team can move to Business in the app.

What is Enterprise?

For large organisations that need a service level agreement, their own contract and their own data processing terms. Write to us and we agree a price.

Do you sign a data processing agreement?

Yes, on every plan. The owner of a business workspace accepts our data processing agreement in the app, and it is published at nerix.ai/legal/dpa. Enterprise can agree its own terms.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union, on every plan: nerix.ai runs on servers in France, with files and backups in the Netherlands. The security page has the detail.
