01Example workspace

A whole company to look around in.

Northwind Care and Tech is an invented company, with its team chat, tasks, help desk, meetings, files, chats, documents and websites already in place. You are a visitor who can look at everything and change nothing, so nobody can break it.

It includes the newest parts: Feedback with closed and open requests and results, Checks with a plan, issues, a business review and a way to get ready for an outside check, an email draft, an answer with the steps it took, and the Interpreter screen.

02Website samples

Open a website the builder made.

These are hand made samples from the builder, each with its own look. Open one in a new tab and click around. The businesses in them are invented. In your own workspace you can copy any sample and make it yours.

03Templates

Fill in a short form, watch the document fill itself in.

Letters, emails, offers, contracts and policies. Fill in the form, then download Word or PDF. It is free, needs no account, and what you type stays in your browser.

04Free chat

Ask a question, with no account.

A small model hosted in the EU answers, free. You can add a PDF or a Word file, search the web, or start from a template. An account adds your whole library, the strongest models and answers you can keep.

05Inside the demo

Where to look in the example workspace.

A few places worth opening first. The demo does not call the assistant, so the answers in it were written for the demo.

  • FeedbackOpen Requests, then a closed request, then Results. Open the request that is still waiting for answers to see how anonymity works.
  • ChecksOpen Checks, then the supplier check and its issues. Then Business reviews and Get ready for a check.
  • ChatOpen the answer about patient records and unfold the line above it to see what was searched and read.
  • EmailOpen the email to Grace in the chat, and see it in the Sheet.
  • InterpreterChoose two languages and see the screen. A live conversation uses a microphone and credits, so it is for your own workspace.

Questions

Do I need an account for the demos?

No. The example workspace, the website samples, the templates and the free chat all open without one.

Can I break the demo?

No. The example workspace is read only: the server refuses every change, and nothing you do is saved.

Are the people and companies in the demo real?

No. Every person, company, answer and figure in the demo was invented for it. The answers were written by hand, not by the assistant.

Where is my own data kept?

In your own workspace, once you sign up. The demo never mixes with it.

What is different when I sign up?

Your own files, your own people and the strongest models. The free plan is one seat with credits every month, never charged.

Does the demo cost anything?

No. It is free, and it uses none of your credits.
