Redundancy consultation letter

Northgate Building Ltd
5 Market Street, Dublin, D02 XY12

12 November 2027

Dear Tomasz Nowak,

Your role: Site Administrator

I am sorry to tell you that your job is at risk of redundancy. This is a proposal. No final decision has been made, and we want to hear your views before anything is decided.

This letter starts a consultation.

Why we are doing this

Two large contracts ended in September and our order book for next year is 40 percent smaller. We have looked at ways to cut costs, including a hiring freeze and reduced overtime, but we believe we must also reduce the number of administrative roles.

Who is affected

Site Administrator (4 roles; we propose to reduce to 2)
