Tomasz Nowak
7 Orchard Lane, Leeds, LS1 4AB

Dear Tomasz Nowak,

The offer

On 2 October 2027 we offered you the job of Warehouse coordinator at Alder Supplies Ltd. The offer was: Offered, not yet accepted.

I am sorry to tell you that we are withdrawing this offer. Where you had already accepted it, we understand that this may affect you in ways that the law where you live may recognise, and you may wish to take advice on your position.

Why

The role has been removed in a change to our budget. The decision is not about you or your skills.

What we will do

We will pay back the reasonable costs you had because of our offer, such as travel to interviews and any notice pay you lost, up to EUR 300 in all, if you send us the receipts by 31 October 2027.

We will pay your reasonable costs so far, up to EUR 300, if you send us the receipts. We will also give you a reference if you wish.

Please do not give notice to your current employer or turn down other work because of our offer. If you already did so, please contact us at once so we can talk about it.

Questions

I understand this is disappointing news and I am sorry for the trouble it causes. If you have questions, please contact Anna Berg, hr@aldersupplies.example, 555 0134.

Yours sincerely,

Anna Berg
