Templates
Templates in this collection
Teachers and trainers spend their time on lessons, not paperwork, so these templates are short and easy to reuse each term. Fill in the course, the dates and the names once and download a clean page for your class or your parents.
Templates are a careful starting point, not legal advice. Where the law matters, check what applies where you are.
Schools and training
Questions people ask
Can a private tutor or training company use them?
- Yes. Nothing is tied to a school type or a country. Change the wording in the Word version to suit your own courses, ages and house rules.
Do the letters work for every school?
- Many schools accept a written letter, but some have their own forms, so ask first. Rules on absence, consent for trips and records differ by country.
Are these templates free?
- Most are. Fill in and download them for free as Word or PDF, with no account. A few longer documents are premium: free to fill in, paid once to download, and marked with their price.
Do they follow my country's law?
- They assume no country's law. Where the rules matter, such as safety, data protection or employment, each template says to check what applies where you are, and a lawyer should read anything that carries real risk.
