Contract Amendment

This amendment is made between:
- First party; and
- Second party,
together "the Parties".
1. The original contract
This amendment changes the Name of the original contract dated Date of the original contract between the Parties (the "Contract"). Words defined in the Contract have the same meaning in this amendment.
2. Changes
With effect from the Effective Date, the Contract is amended as follows:

3. Effective date
These changes take effect on Date the changes take effect (the "Effective Date"). They do not affect anything done, or any right or obligation that arose, before that date.
4. Everything else unchanged
Except as changed by this amendment, the Contract continues in full force and effect, unchanged. From the Effective Date, the Contract and this amendment are read together as one document. If they conflict, this amendment prevails.
5. General
This amendment is governed by the same law, and subject to the same rules for resolving disputes, as the Contract. It may be signed in separate copies and electronically, and together they form one document.
