Please send me:
- a copy of all the personal data you hold about me, including data in emails, notes, call recordings and your systems;
- the purposes for which you use it, and the legal basis you rely on;
- who you have shared it with, or will share it with, including anyone in another country, and how it is protected there;
- where you got it from, if you did not collect it from me;
- how long you will keep it, or how you decide that;
- whether you use it to make automated decisions or profiles about me and, if so, how they work and what they mean for me.
Please send the copy in a commonly used electronic format to Your email, for the reply. If you need more information to confirm my identity or to find my data, please tell me promptly. I look forward to your reply within the time allowed by law.
