Subject: Welcome, and what happens next

Dear Mr Tran,

Welcome, and thank you for choosing us. We are glad to be working with you on monthly bookkeeping and your yearly tax return, and we will do our best to make it simple and worth your trust.

What happens next

1. We will send you an online form to share your bank statements. 2. We will hold a 30 minute set-up call this week. 3. Your first monthly report follows on 5 December.

To get started, we need from you: Access to your bank feed and your last year's tax return.

How we will work together

We reply to emails within one working day. You will get one report a month, and we call you whenever something needs your decision.

If you need us

You can reach me directly at olivia@bluebird.example, +61 2 5550 0147. For urgent matters you can also contact Our support desk, +61 2 5550 0100, weekdays 8 to 6.

Please tell me at any point if something is not working for you; I would rather hear it early.

Once again, welcome.

Kind regards,

Olivia Grant
