Subject: Request to delete my personal data

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am asking you to delete all the personal data you hold about me, without undue delay.

Please:

1. delete my personal data from all your systems, and from your backups as soon as they are next overwritten;
2. stop using my data now, including for marketing and profiling, while you deal with this request;
3. tell anyone you have shared my data with that I have asked for it to be deleted, and tell me who they are;
4. if the law requires you to keep any of my data, tell me which data, why and for how long, and use it for nothing else;
5. confirm in writing, to Your email, for the confirmation, when the deletion is complete.

If you need more information to confirm my identity, please tell me promptly. I look forward to your confirmation within the time allowed by law.
