If they cannot or will not act, I appoint Tanja Novak, 4 Park Road, Maribor instead.

They may do everything the law where I live (Slovenia) allows, in order to collect what I own, pay my debts, the costs of my funeral and of carrying out this will, and share out what is left as set out below.

If my husband has died, I would like my sister Tanja Novak to care for any of my children who are still minors.

7. My funeral

I would like a simple cremation and for my ashes to be scattered at Lake Bled.

8. Online accounts and other wishes

My executor may close my online accounts. My password list is in the safe at my home.
