2. Price and payment

- the item is free of any loan, finance agreement, lien or claim by anyone else;
- the description above is true and complete to the best of the Seller's knowledge;
- the Seller has told the Buyer about every fault the Seller knows of.
5. Registration and transfer
If the law requires ownership of the item to be registered, as with most vehicles, the Seller and the Buyer will each complete their part of the transfer promptly, and the Seller will hand over the documents needed for it.
