01What nerix checks

Fifty-two requirements, from the context of the organisation to improvement.

The library holds ISO 9001:2015 with Amendment 1:2024 as 52 requirements, covering the clauses from 4.1 context to 10.3 continual improvement. nerix looks in your workspace for each one. A record of work already done counts as evidence by itself: an internal check item for that clause that you recorded as Conforms in the last 12 months, or a business review that was held, for clause 9.3.

A document that only mentions a clause is listed with its passage, but it counts as Partly found, because words alone do not show the requirement is met. No evidence at all counts as Not found. An open issue on the same clause keeps it from being Evidence found. A person confirms every result and names the evidence, and Not applicable needs a reason.

02What nerix sets up

The records, checks and yearly plan a certified system keeps.

In Settings, Certifications, tell nerix you follow ISO 9001 and it prepares what the standard works with. It shows you first what it would add, you can untick any line, and nothing you already have is changed or deleted. The page also counts how many of the records it asks for are already in place.

Give it the date of your certificate, your next audit and your renewal. nerix plans the preparation around them: an internal check about 60 days and a business review about 30 days before an outside audit.

03Where it stops

It prepares you for the audit. It does not hold it.

nerix does not issue a certificate and does not replace the audit by an accredited certification body or the judgement of your own internal auditor. It tells you where evidence is missing before they ask. ISO standards are paid texts: nerix shows the clause number and its own short guidance on what to look for, and the full text comes from your own copy.

The library's labels for a few clauses lean toward care and services, because the library was first written with care providers in mind (for example 7.1.4 working environment for care). The requirements are the clauses of ISO 9001 and apply to any organisation, but read the wording with your own sector in mind.

Can nerix make us ISO 9001 certified?

No. Only an accredited certification body issues a certificate, after its own audit. nerix helps you prepare: it shows what your documents and records already cover, runs your internal audits and management review, and turns gaps into tasks.

Which version of ISO 9001 does it use?

ISO 9001:2015 with Amendment 1:2024, which adds climate change to clauses 4.1 and 4.2. The library's note says that the revision of ISO 9001:2015 was not yet published when the entry was last reviewed, on 16 July 2026. Ask your certification body about transition dates.

Do you include the text of ISO 9001?

No. ISO publishes the text for a fee. nerix shows each clause number with its own short label and guidance on what evidence to look for. You load your own licensed copy if you want the full wording beside it.

Does it replace our quality manager or auditor?

No. It keeps the plan, the evidence, the issues and the actions in one place. A person confirms or changes every result, and the judgement on what you saw stays with your auditor.

What does a readiness check cost?

The price is open and shown before you start: credits per requirement checked, plus a one-time charge the first time each document is read. Both rates are on the pricing page.

Is it finished?

It is early access. Readiness checks, the plan, internal checks, issues and business reviews work in the app today. It is new, so some things are still missing. Tell us what you need.
