How to Sign Up for nerix
A nerix account takes a few minutes. Every new workspace starts on the free plan, so you can look around before you pay for anything.
Personal or business
A personal workspace is one person. Spaces, Meetings, Booking pages, Desk, Feedback and Checks are not offered there, and there are no members or roles.
A business workspace is for a team. It has members, teams and roles, and the business features can be switched on when you need them.
You can change a personal workspace to a business one later: Settings, Workspace, Switch to a business workspace. It turns nothing on by itself and opens Set up so you can pick.
Set up
Set up asks what the workspace is for. You open it from the card (Set up step by step) or from Settings, and nothing forces it. In a personal workspace you answer with a few taps. In a business workspace you talk to a setup chat that shows what it turns on, with Pick myself to choose by hand and Skip to start with the core only.
Where your data lives
Our servers are in Gravelines, France, and encrypted files and backups are in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. New workspaces send documents and questions only to AI providers that run in the EU. Owners and admins can change this under Settings, AI providers, and can return to EU only at any time.
