Is the translation exact? +

It is a strong draft, not a certified translation. For official papers, have a sworn translator check it.

Does the interpreter save the conversation? +

No. Nothing is saved when you end it. Speech uses credits by the minute.

Does speech leave the EU? +

Speech runs on a provider outside the EU, so a new workspace has it off. An owner or admin must allow it first.
