Likelihood: 1 very unlikely, 2 unlikely, 3 possible, 4 likely, 5 very likely. Severity: 1 minor, 2 first aid, 3 injury needing treatment, 4 serious injury, 5 death or lasting harm. Risk is likelihood multiplied by severity: 1 to 5 low, 6 to 12 medium, 15 to 25 high. A high risk must be reduced before the work goes on. ## 3.
