What is included Vacuuming and mopping all floors, cleaning surfaces and reception, bathrooms and kitchen, emptying bins. ## 2. Schedule Three evenings a week, after 7 pm , starting on 1 December 2026 . ## 3. Supplies and equipment We bring all products and equipment; the client provides paper goods. Extra services on request: Window cleaning USD 90 a visit; deep clean of carpets USD 220. ## 4. Price USD 1,350 a month, invoiced at the start of each month ## 5. Terms - Our cleaners are trained, and we are responsible for their work and insurance. - Please tell us within 24 hours of a visit if anything was missed, and we will return to put it right at no charge. - Either side may end the service by giving 30 days of notice. - Visits cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours of notice may be charged.
