Press Start a meeting, name it, and invite people from the workspace or a whole team. Add people outside by email. People in the workspace are rung like a call on each of their screens. On an iPhone and on Android the phone's own call screen is used, even when the app is closed. People outside get an email with their own link and need no account. The meeting opens in its own tab at meet.nerix.ai, and nerix keeps the meeting page. Choose whether notes are kept: on, off or private, so everybody knows what is saved. - Start now A name, who to invite, and live notes on or off. - Ring Every screen the person has, for 45 seconds. - Guests Their own link by email, no account. - Leave or end Leaving only leaves. End the call closes it for everyone. 02 Agenda, notes and minutes ## Before, during and after, in one meeting page. A meeting has a Before tab with the agenda, an owner for each topic and the guests' answers, a During tab with live notes, decisions and the transcript, and an After tab. Eight starter meeting types come with an agenda and notes sections, such as a one to one, team weekly, stand-up, project kickoff and board meeting. After the meeting, make the minutes, send them for review, approve them and send the recap. Action items are filed as tasks with an owner and a due date. You can also upload a recording to get a transcript and minutes.
