A new workspace starts with the assistant, your files, search and settings. Everything else opens when you pick it, and then it shows in the menu, the phone bar, search and Home. A business workspace can add more. A personal workspace gets what a person needs for their own work. The parts that manage other people, a company's money, customers as a business or compliance belong to business workspaces, and a personal workspace never shows them, their settings or their words. You can switch a personal workspace to a business one. That turns nothing on by itself. nerix takes you to a setup screen to pick what you want. - Personal The assistant and files, plus Studio, Work, Automations, Interpreter and Connections if you pick them. - Business All of that, and Spaces, Meetings, Booking pages, Desk, Feedback and Checks, with People, Money and Quality records. 02 Setting up ## Tell nerix what you will use it for, or pick each one yourself. After you sign up, a personal workspace asks what you will use nerix for and you tap your choices. A business workspace gets a setup chat that shows what each answer turns on, with a choice to pick yourself or skip and start with the basics. The Modules page in Settings lists every module by group, says what it adds and shows Free for now. A switch asks you to confirm any other modules it needs. If you ask for something a module that is off would do, the assistant says so and shows a card with what it is and a Switch on button. If you cannot change modules, the card says to ask your workspace owner. In a personal workspace, a business part says it belongs to a business workspace. Switching a module off deletes nothing. The work comes back when you switch it on again, and the assistant stops using it at once. - Switch on One tap, with the modules it needs. - Ask your workspace owner For people who may not change modules. - Switch off Nothing is deleted. 04 Questions ## Questions Do modules cost extra? + Not now. The Modules page shows Free for now. Prices are kept as data, and nothing charges. The pricing page has the current plans. What if I do not need any of them? + Skip the setup. You start with the basics and can add a module whenever you need it. Does switching one off delete my work? + No. Everything comes back when you switch it on again.
