Choose the two languages and put the phone between you. nerix hears both, writes what each person said and says it out loud in the other language. A live conversation needs a microphone, so the example only shows the start. 01 Interpreter ## Two people, two languages, nothing to install. Pick what you speak and what they speak, from a searchable list of languages, and press Start. Say something in either language: the translation appears on screen as You and Them and is spoken in the other language. Swap the languages with one button. Choose a voice for each language and its speed, turn the voice off to read only, or turn the loudspeaker on. Mute the microphone when you need to. Nothing is saved when you end the conversation, and talking uses your workspace credits by the minute. **Fig. 2** The Interpreter before a conversation starts. 02 Talk with your voice ## Talk to nerix, and hear the answer. In the chat, choose Talk with your voice and ask your question out loud. nerix listens, thinks, and answers in a voice. Start talking at any time to interrupt it, and press Stop talking to quiet it. If the voice is not available, the answer is shown on screen. Talking uses your workspace credits. - Listening The microphone is open and nerix hears you. - Thinking nerix works out the answer while you wait. - Speaking The answer is spoken. Talk to interrupt it. - Microphone Mute it, or turn it back on, in one press. - Voice Search the voices and choose one, female or male. - End Press End voice chat when you are done. 03 Questions ## Questions Is this finished? + It is early access.
