# How to Set Up Modules in nerix

A new workspace starts with the core and the AI tools, and nothing else until you pick it. That keeps the sidebar small.

## In short

- Open Settings, then Features.
- Look through the features by group. Each says what it adds.
- Switch on the ones you need. If a feature needs another one, nerix says so first and switches both on.
- To change your mind, switch a feature off. All the work in it is kept. Start free All features

## What is always there

The core is the assistant, files, people and companies, search, settings and billing. The AI tools are documents and the Sheet, research, memory, offers and the file editor.

## Business modules

Business workspaces can also switch on People records, Time off, Hours and shifts, Hiring, Staff reviews, Payroll, Money, Expenses, Invoices and Quotes. Pay, reviews and applicants need their own permission.

Spaces, Meetings, Booking pages, Desk, Feedback and Checks are for business workspaces too. Studio, Work, Automations, Interpreter and Connections can be picked in either kind.

## Let nerix do it

Let nerix set this up reopens Set up, where a short chat or a few taps turn on what fits. Settings, Features says Free for now where a feature is not charged yet.
