# What is new in nerix.

The changes you can see, week by week, newest first. We leave out small fixes nobody would notice.

- 30 October to 1 November 2026 ## Meetings in their own window, arrange your workspace, records and a community Meetings open in their own window at meet.nerix.ai. The agenda sits in the call, AI writes notes during it and a summary at the end, and the transcript, files and decisions come back to the meeting page in your workspace. Guests join from their own link and need no account.
- Arrange your workspace: choose and reorder what is in the side bar, the phone bar and the New menu, for yourself.
- A first setup after you sign up. Personal users pick what they need. For a business, a short chat turns on the right features, with progress shown, and you can still pick by hand.
- Records for a business: equipment with checks and loans, training and skills with certificates and a skills matrix, a year plan, read and confirm campaigns, ready-made lists, certifications, and an import that sorts existing files into records.
- Money: import bank statements (OFX, CAMT.053, MT940) and match them to entries, tax summaries and e-invoice export (UBL, Peppol), invoices with gapless numbers, credit notes and repeats, and quotes your customer can accept from a link.
- People: a clock and kiosk PIN for hours, timesheets and overtime, hiring with a careers page, staff reviews, and payroll with payslips and a bank file.
- Checks have a question for every requirement in more standards and laws, among them PCI DSS 4.0, SOC 2, ISO 13485, ISO 22000, ISO 31000, ISO 37001, ISO 50001, the EU Data Act, the European Accessibility Act, the Digital Services Act and UK GDPR.
- Research: a quick web answer ranks the pages it found, and a deeper report checks each claim against the page it cites. Long documents are written in sections with charts and numbers you can update, and slides download as real PowerPoint files.
- Media studio: twelve hospitality and local business story templates at 15, 30 and 45 seconds, tutorial templates, a music library that cuts to the beat, and captions that follow the spoken words.
- Websites: each site gets a look of its own, the builder asks up to three short questions before it starts, and anyone can report a published page.
- Help: ask a question and get an answer from the guides, send a request to a person and follow it under My requests. The new help centre has eleven guides.
- The community forum is open at nerix.ai/community, with sign up, replies, votes, follow and a way to export or delete your account.
- Mail accounts: nerix signs in before saving and says plainly what is wrong. Voice: pick the microphone and speaker from the Mute and Speaker buttons.
- The public site has nine more product pages and is available in 18 languages.
- Week of 26 October 2026 ## Pick your features, and a Home that fits your work Choose which features your workspace uses. Settings, Features lists every feature by group, and a personal workspace and a business workspace start with different things.
- Home is a grid of panels you can move and resize, and it follows the features you switched on.
- Help opens beside your page from the help button or Ctrl or Cmd and slash. Ask a question and get an answer from nerix's own guides.
- Start a meeting now: invite people by email, inside or outside the company, and add live notes. Calls and meetings ring on phones.
- Make a report from a finished meeting: minutes, a summary, an action register and more, each saved as a new document.
- New business features you can switch on: goals and figures, risks, incidents and damages, expenses with receipt photos, time off, hours, hiring, staff reviews, payroll, invoices and quotes.
- Search boxes in Work, Desk, Checks, Issues, Spaces and Documents also show related items found by meaning.
- Eight video and social templates in the media studio.
- Documents use the full width of the page, and Settings, Checks, Desk and Automations lay out better on wide screens.
- Week of 19 October 2026 ## Roles, booking pages, Checks and your own domain Custom roles: make a role switch by switch, and preview what it sees. Folder and document access screens decide who can open what.
- Private chats: chats start as Only me, and you can share with chosen people, with the whole workspace, or by a read only link.
- Booking pages: share a link and let people pick a free time from your calendar. Each booking becomes a meeting.
- Published websites: add your own domain and see the records to set at your registrar. Going live on your own domain is coming soon. A notice in the bell and by email tells you when something needs attention.
- Checks: Get ready for a check from a library of standards and laws, with each requirement marked Evidence found, Partly found, Not found or Can't tell. Feedback forms sit beside them.
- Automations: about a hundred ready ones, and Describe it to draft one from a sentence.
- The website builder makes photos for each site and can look at an existing site you name.
- Many more templates, among them consulting, freelance, statement of work and sales agreements, in more languages.
- Phone layout when held sideways, larger touch targets and 16 px fields on touch screens.
- Week of 12 October 2026 ## Meetings, team spaces, and answers that stream Meetings: a calendar with Day, Week, Month and Agenda, scheduling with availability, and a page for before, during and after a meeting.
- Team spaces, Work and Desk for the team's talk, tasks and customer requests.
- Chat streams its answers, Stop keeps what has been written so far, and a big composer holds every control.
- Personal memory: nerix adapts to each person, their likes and their style.
- Case files and answers that show the page and quote they came from.
- Tasks that run for minutes or hours and keep going when you close the app.
- A new price book: base fees apart from AI credits, per seat prices and add-ons.
- August to early October 2026 ## The first version The public site and the free chat that answers from your documents and the web.
- The first templates, with a form that fills the document in and a Word or PDF download.
